​ I began my Real estate career over thirty years ago in Miami where my three children were born.  After Hurricane Andrew, I moved my three children to Pembroke Pines. Eventually my kids got older and left for college. I found myself as an empty nester. With a much quieter house, I decided to get my brokers license. I moved to Marion County where I started an office and met great friends. That was just over 10 years ago and I continue to love what I do!

To add to the fun, my daughter just recently became licensed in Saint Augustine Florida and has joined my office. I am so excited to be expanding to St. Johns and Putnum County.

Integrity is very important to me and our team is living proof! When I’m not showing showing property, I also enjoy nature, entertaining, cooking, crafting, fishing, exercise, spending time with my family and my very important seven grandchildren!

My name is Kelly Martini. I’m a native Floridian, born and raised in Miami. I moved to Saint Augustine in 2001 with my husband Jim.  Together we have three children Sebastian, Annabella and Sadie.  Jim works as a Senior Automation Engineer for Haskell in downtown Jacksonville.  Our son was diagnosed at five months old with a congenital condition that leads to blindness.  Little did we know how important our location was for his future education!  At four years old, in August of 2006, we enrolled him at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind in Saint Augustine.  My son has helped me to understand what really matters in life, and how to stay focused on real issues.  As a result, I have a special place in my heart for families with special needs, and have helped several special needs families find a home and other resources along the way.
Real Estate runs in my family: my father is a real estate attorney, and my mother is my broker and together we make a well rounded mother/daughter team!  When we purchased our first home in 2005 it was exciting, stressful and tedious.  At the time, I was so thankful to have family support and their knowledge and expertise to help navigate our way through the process.  I look forward to helping you along your journey and with all of your real estate needs!

Real estate has always been my passion!!!!  I originally started my career in 1993 in Duval and the Clay County areas of northeast Florida at the tender age of 23.  I was newly married to my wonderful husband Dave and being that we were a fairly newly married carried couple, we decided to have a child. Our son Dutch came into this world cooing, happy and he instantly changed my world forever.  That little baby needed me, and I needed to raise him.  I decided to take a break from listing and selling, while still being a referral agent, I worked as an Administrative Assistant for a real estate company.  I was enticed by another agent to work as a buyer’s agent which lead me back to my real estate career path. After a few years as a buyers agent I decided to stop selling so I could spend more time as a mommy.  My journey has always kept me close to real estate and soon I was working at an attorney’s office where I assisted clients in setting up living trusts, probate and real estate deed titling of property. After several years, and moving to a new home further from work, I chose to leave. I went on to being a Deputy Clerk at the Clay County Clerk of the Courts in Green Cove Springs, Florida.  While there, I worked with probate and property.  Then finally, the big move that brought me to the current place I just love, Putnam County and the St. Johns River. So here it is, years later and I am back!!!

I never was really far away from my passion as I always encouraged others to buy or sell homes while I referred them along to other agents I trusted and who I am still in contact with today.  24 years later, I am still happily married to the love of my life, Dave. As for that little baby Dutch, he has grown to be one of the finest young men I know!  We had chosen to move to Putnam County 10 years ago from Clay County and we could not be happier!!

I am a highly motivated real estate agent that is native to the area. Graduated from Nease High School as well as University of Central Florida.

I search rigorously for homes to ensure my customers needs and make sure to exceed my customers expectations in the home buying process. I have a large network of support from my years of living in the community.

My husband and I met in high school and have 2 children, Isla and Knox. Prior to my start in real estate I was a teacher at Ponte Vedra Palm Valley Elementary School and taught a total of 7 years. We have a large extended family, so my time is spent in the kitchen cooking Italian food or enjoying our beautiful Ponte Vedra beaches. You will even find me running on the Boulevard searching for the perfect home for my customers.
